There’s a moment in every creative path when you realise your voice hasn’t disappeared… it has simply gone quiet. Not out of defeat, but out of exhaustion. Out of self-protection. Out of habit. Out of years of being shaped by other people’s expectations, timelines and versions of who you “should” be.
If you’ve been feeling like your voice has been hiding beneath the noise of life, this is your invitation to come back to it.
I’m so happy to finally announce Return to the Voice, a six-part writing and ritual journey beginning on 28 January 2026, created for anyone who wants to reconnect with their truth and write from a deeper, more honest place.
This is the first time I’ve offered anything like this. And it feels like the most natural next step in my work.
Why I Created This Journey
For most of my life, writing was where I found myself again. Long before I ever discovered energy work, long before I learned how to hold space for others, the page was where I could finally stop performing and tell the truth.
Writing helped me make sense of my healing, my awakening, my heartbreak, my intuition and my becoming. It helped me reclaim my voice again and again. And it’s the reason I’ve now written and published three books, with more on the way.
But here’s the thing: writing is personal, yes… but it isn’t something we’re meant to do entirely alone.
Your voice needs support. It needs space. It needs witnessing. It needs gentleness. It needs structure that feels like a soft container, not pressure.
That’s what this journey is.
Why We Begin in Winter
Most writing programmes begin with clarity or planning or goals.Return to the Voice begins in Winter.
Winter is the season of listening.The season of truth beneath the surface.The season where you stop trying to be impressive and start hearing what’s real.
When you begin in Winter, your voice comes from somewhere deeper.Somewhere more honest.Somewhere untouched by expectation.
From that listening place, we move into Spring, Summer, Autumn and finally into integration.
It’s a full seasonal cycle for your voice and your expression.
