🌿What Are Meridians?

Meridians are often described as the body’s energetic highways—channels through which Qi (pronounced “chee”), or vital life force energy, flows. Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), these pathways connect our organs, tissues, and energy centres, ensuring everything works in harmony. They’re like the circulatory system, but instead of carrying blood, they transport energy, maintaining balance and vitality throughout the body.
